IGET Refund/Replacement Policy – Single Item

  • There is a 5-day return policy on your IGET Refund Policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
  • For any requests for replacements due to faulty products, we do require that you do notify us first. We will also require you to send the faulty product(s) to our designated return to sender address (This will be provided to you by our team).
  • A receipt or proof of purchase may be required.
  • To start a return, you can contact us via info.igetvapesoz@gmail.com or our Instagram IGETVapesOz_. If your return request is accepted, you will be required to provide your own means of return. This includes, but not limited to, purchasing your own parcel bag and shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • For damages and issues please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • A notification will be sent to you once we’ve received and inspected your return. A further notification will also be received once your refund was approved or not.
  • If approved, your refund/replacement will be granted. Refunds will be automatically processed to the nominated account that you provide. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund too.

 

IGET Refund Policy – Bulk Buy/Wholesale Refund and Returns

  • IGET Refund Policy – All Bulk buy and Wholesale orders cannot be refunded. Reasonable circumstances apply. For example, The entire order (minimum 50 unit order) has been assessed as being faulty. 
  • Otherwise, before any payments/orders have been processed, each customer will have the opportunity to apply insurance cover (not mandatory), to their order. This price will be determined based on location, delivery and the use of the products. Without this cover, any and all items will not be replaced/refunded.
  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund too.

 

Purchase Refund

  • All orders can be rightfully subject to a refund. No explanation is needed. For all purchases made via bank transfer, the individual will be refunded in full.
  • The customer surcharge you pay when using our Hello Clever Payment Gateway is not a fee charged by us (igetvapesoz.com), except it is charged by the payment gateway (Hello Clever) themselves. All fee disputes must be made through their company.
