What Shipping Methods Are Available? IGET | FAQs

  • We currently offer Free Postage on all orders over $120.
  • We offer Regular post and Express Post at current Australian Post prices.
  • We do not offer local delivery anymore. 
  • Parcels are sent Express OR Regular Post under the Australia Post guidelines.
  • Shipping costs that are paid for, by the buyer, assuming it will be sent express, will have the parcel receive ‘Extra Cover’, purchased by us, on your behalf and sent as Regular Post, if your parcel doesn’t meet the Australia Post Guidelines.

What are your shipping and return policies?

  • All Bulk Buy orders will be shipped out the same business day and will be shipped using Australia Post.
  • We currently only accept returns for faulty products. If you do receive a faulty item please contact our team info.igetvapesoz@gmail.com

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

  • Hello Clever (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay)
  • Direct Bank Transfer

Do you charge sales tax on any item?

  • All tax is automatically calculated in the cost price

What Fees do you charge and why?

  • If your purchase is conducted utilising the Hello Clever payment gateway, each customer is subject to a 3.5% customer surcharge fee. This fee is NOT initiated by us (the website), except by the payment processing company themselves (Hello Clever).



Shipping & Returns

I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

  • We currently only accept returns for faulty products. If you do receive a faulty item please contact our team info.igetvapesoz@gmail.com

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

  • Once your return is approved by our team please allow 2-4 business days for the refund to process. For more information –  REFUND POLICY 

My parcel is delayed. What do I do?

  • We understand this is frustrating, but any and all delayed parcels is at no fault of the merchants. Due to the devices containing Lithium in the battery, this is considered a Dangerous good. If you do have any concerns, please contact our team at – info.igetvapesoz@gmail.com
